POWER YOGA
Power yoga utilizes traditional Vinyasa or flow to build core muscles, increase flexibility and stamina and improve posture and balance. We will begin all practice with a stretching warm up, followed by a more vigorous flow of yoga postures (Vinyasa) that will alternate between held poses and sun salutation variations aligned with synchronized breathing techniques. The class is appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis. Small weights can be incorporated into the strengthening poses as you become more comfortable in your practice.
