FRESH CYCLE

STRONG

This is a full body circuit where we start by warming up and revving our heart rates up with just under 30 min of cycling. Then we transition to a full body "Circuit" style workout for an additional 30 min!

GROUP STRENGTH

This workout is 35 min, focusing on strength training using barbells, free weights, and cables.

POWER YOGA

Power yoga utilizes traditional Vinyasa or flow to build core muscles, increase flexibility and stamina and improve posture and balance. We will begin all practice with a stretching warm up, followed by a more vigorous flow of yoga postures (Vinyasa) that will alternate between held poses and sun salutation variations aligned with synchronized breathing techniques. The class is appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis. Small weights can be incorporated into the strengthening poses as you become more comfortable in your practice.
